Move, breathe, and unwind through a special 75-minute Roots + Restore practice accompanied by the incredible original music of local artist Mike Bauche.

Set in our gently heated Radiant Room at 32°C, the class begins with grounding movement, strength-building holds, and familiar postures such as Tree, Eagle, and Warrior. Mike’s live vocals, ambient sound, and layered loops will create space to move intuitively and settle more deeply into each pose.

The practice will gradually soften into restorative shapes, followed by an extended 15-minute relaxation with optional hands-on massage from Mila. Come ready to groove, ground, and be soothed - leaving centred, restored, and ready for a beautiful weekend.

All levels are welcome.
