Kamila is the owner of The Lab Westshore and a longtime teacher whose background in dance, yoga, mobility, and Pilates shapes her balanced approach to movement. Her classes blend strength, flexibility, and mindful breath, creating an encouraging space for students to explore, connect, and move with intention.
Dawn Bayers
Dawn is an E-RYT 500 teacher with over 15 years of experience and extensive training across Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, meditation, and breathwork. Her classes are mindful and grounding, blending breath-led movement, thoughtful sequencing, and moments of stillness to help students build strength, ease, and inner calm.
karla gonzalez
Karla’s teaching is rooted in traditional yoga lineages, including Ghosh and Ashtanga. Her classes blend thoughtful guidance with a supportive yet challenging approach. She teaches Original Hot Yoga (26&2), Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin, encouraging students to build strength, presence, and connection.
cody Turner
Cody’s teaching is rooted in Yin, Restorative, and classical Hatha traditions, with an emphasis on breath, nervous system awareness, and internal connection. His classes are slow, intentional, and grounding, encouraging students to turn inward, move mindfully, and leave feeling reset and restored.
Nicole mcConnell
Nicole has over two decades of experience practicing Original Hot Yoga, a disciplined and therapeutic Hatha tradition rooted in the teachings of Bishnu Ghosh. Her classes are focused, energizing, and deeply strengthening, helping students build resilience, patience, and confidence on and off the mat.
Monique sekhon
Monique Sekhon blends breathwork, meditation, and dynamic movement to support balance between mind, body, and breath. Inspired by somatic practices and mycology, her classes encourage connection, curiosity, and communal healing.
Erin Keir
Erin brings over 17 years of teaching experience and a background in dance, blending yoga and Mindful Mobility Method to support strength, freedom, and self-discovery in movement. Her classes combine breath, curiosity, and gentle challenge, helping students reconnect with themselves and move with greater ease.
Shane Roberts
Shane brings a powerful, athletic energy to his classes. Inspired by his love of surfing, mountain biking, and the outdoors, his teaching blends strength, challenge, and presence. Expect a full-body workout, dynamic pacing, and opportunities to push your edge while staying grounded in breath.
jordyn ryan
Jordyn brings a background in kinesiology, dance, and athletics along with her 200-hour yoga training and additional studies in prenatal and restorative yoga. Her classes focus on anatomical cueing, alignment, and breath-led movement, helping students discover strength, balance, and new awareness in their bodies.
hannah robertson
Hannah is a yoga and mobility teacher who completed her training at The Lab Westshore, where she grew from student to teacher. Influenced by Mindful Mobility and strength-based movement, her classes are steady and playful, helping students build confidence, resilience, and deeper connection within their bodies.

Sarah is a Yoga and Pilates instructor with a deep passion for movement and functional strength. Her classes offer space to soften, strengthen, and feel nourished through movement. She creates thoughtful, educational sequences that help students better understand how their bodies move, and why it matters.
Lyz Gilgunn
Lyz brings over two decades of personal yoga practice and began teaching in 2020 after completing her 200-hour training. Inspired by styles such as Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha, her classes are playful and energizing, encouraging students of all levels to explore strength, movement, and connection.
Fiji Mcalpine
Fiji is an E-RYT 500 teacher with over 20 years of experience studying and sharing yoga. Her creative flow classes blend elements from many traditions, offering dynamic movement that helps students step out of the mind and into the body while building strength, fluidity, and connection.
tamara maxim
Tamara has been teaching yoga since 1999 and brings decades of experience studying and practicing a wide range of styles including Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin. Her classes thoughtfully weave yoga philosophy, breath, and movement to create a practice that is both strong and deeply intentional, welcoming students of all levels.
telisha kunny
Telisha brings over 18 years of personal yoga practice and holds a 500-hour teacher training, including 300 hours studying in the Himalayan Valley of India. Her classes blend mindful movement, strength, and philosophy, creating a warm and grounding space for students to reconnect with themselves.

Ela is a Moksha-trained 500-hour teacher whose background in dance and circus arts inspires a creative, embodied approach to movement. Peter Schreurs
Peter is a yoga instructor, Athletic Therapist, and Osteopathic Practitioner. His teaching blends mindful movement with strong anatomical awareness, focusing on mobility, injury prevention, and a deeper mind–body connection. He aims to create thoughtful, accessible classes for all levels.
rose cortez
Rose draws inspiration from Art and Modo, Yin, Restorative, Pilates, and dance-based movement, bringing a creative and multidisciplinary approach to her teaching. Ambre brings decades of yoga practice and over 700 hours of training across hot yoga, Iyengar, and power styles.
