  • LAB Wellness (inside LAB Westshore Yoga / Pilates / Mobility Studio) is looking for a passionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing community.

    We are specifically seeking an RMT with availability during the following times:

    • Tuesday: Mornings

    • Thursday: Afternoon–Evening

    • Friday: Anytime

    • Saturday & Sunday: Daytime availability (alternating weekends welcome)

    These time slots are in very high demand, and the successful candidate can expect to build a full caseload quickly. Our community is eager to fill these weekend and evening openings - you’ll be stepping into a schedule with strong momentum and consistent referrals.

    Who We’re Looking For
    We’d love to welcome someone who:

    • Is passionate about providing thoughtful, client-centred care

    • Is excited about building and maintaining a long-term clientele with us

    • Lives locally in Langford, or the surrounding Westshore neighbourhoods

    • Values being part of a warm, active community rooted in movement

    • Enjoys or is curious about integrating yoga, Pilates, mobility, or strength-based practices into their lifestyle

    • Is open to collaboration, ongoing learning, and professional development

    • Is looking for long-term stability and sees themselves growing with us for years to come

  • We’re looking for a passionate and certified Mat Pilates Instructor to join our team at LAB Westshore. Ideal candidates live in or near the Westshore area, have reliable transportation, and are open to starting as a substitute with potential to grow into regular class slots.
