An Autumn Journey into Rest and Renewal
Join yoga teachers Sarah Henderson and Eve Carty on Saturday, November 14th from 430-630pm for a nourishing and deeply restorative experience.
During the quieter months of the year, nature reminds us of the importance of slowing down, conserving our energy and making space for rest. You are invited to step away from the busyness of daily life and settle into a welcoming space of warmth, care and deep restoration. This gentle two-hour experience will weave together supported restorative yoga, optional nurturing hands-on massage, a guided journey into yoga nidra (yogic sleep) and the calming vibrations of sound healing. Each element will invite your body to soften, your breath to slow and your mind to grow quiet. This workshop offers a peaceful pause— a chance to replenish your energy, release what you have been carrying and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within.
There is nowhere else to be and nothing you need to do. Simply arrive, get comfortable and allow yourself to be supported. No previous yoga experience is needed. Come exactly as you are.
