This all-levels workshop explores the relationship between spinal mobility, breathwork, and the energetics of the heart chakra. You will learn safe, practical approaches to movement and breath designed to increase freedom in your body and mind.

The session begins with a heart-warming physical practice to liberate the body, followed by transformative pranayama (breathwork) to expand energy and cultivate balance. We will then break down key backbending postures, exploring both concentric and eccentric movements and demonstrate how to use props effectively to access new depths safely.

Who It Is For? All levels are welcome, from beginners looking for proper alignment and support to experienced practitioners and teachers refining their technique.
